Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No-Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (PDFs, eBooks, and Mock Tests), which are delivered via instant download or email access, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link or access has been provided, we generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

2. Exceptions for Refund Requests

We understand that technical errors can happen. We will consider refund requests within 7 days of purchase only under the following specific circumstances:

• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice using the same email address.
• Technical Failure: If the digital file is corrupted, or if there is a verified technical issue on our end that prevents you from accessing the product after multiple troubleshooting attempts.
• Product Misrepresentation: If the delivered product is fundamentally different from what was described on the product page (e.g., you bought a Math PDF but received History notes).

3. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds will not be granted in cases such as:

• Change of mind or “I no longer need the exam prep.”
• Incompatibility with your device/software (unless explicitly stated as compatible on our site).
• Failure to download the product within the link expiry window (though we will gladly resend the link).
• The product has already been downloaded or accessed as per our system logs.

4. How to Request a Refund

2. The email address used for purchase.
3. A detailed explanation and evidence (screenshots) of the technical issue or duplicate purchase.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

As per RBI guidelines and Indian E-commerce rules, approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, etc.) used during the transaction.
