A candidate must be:
- A citizen of India, OR
- A subject of Nepal, OR
- A subject of Bhutan, OR
- A Tibetan Refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962 with intention to permanently settle, OR
- A person of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or East African countries (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, Vietnam) with intention to permanently settle in India
Note: For categories ii-v, a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India is mandatory.
II. Age and Educational Qualifications

Important Notes:
- Candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PWD) are entitled to a relaxation of 5% in educational qualifications where minimum 60% is stipulated (they need 55% instead)
- Percentage should be calculated to the nearest two decimals
- Where CGPA is awarded, convert to percentage
- Fraction of percentage is ignored (59.99 is treated as less than 60)

IV. Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Criteria
An EWS candidate must satisfy all of the following:
- Not covered under SC, ST, or OBC reservation
- Family gross annual income below Rs. 8,00,000 (Eight Lakh Only)
- Does not own or possess:
- 5 acres of agricultural land or more
- Residential flat of 1,000 sq. ft. or more
- Residential plot of 100 sq. yards or more in notified municipalities
- Residential plot of 200 sq. yards or more in other areas
- Income certificate based on Financial Year 2024-25
Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) Eligibility
I. Orthopedically Challenged (OC) Category
- Cerebral Palsy
- Leprosy Cured (with specific conditions)
- Dwarfism (height 4’10” or less / 147 cm or less)
- Muscular Dystrophy
- Acid Attack Victims
II. Visual Impairment (VI) Category
Persons with any one of the following conditions after best correction:
- Blindness: Total absence of sight OR
- Visual acuity less than 3/60 Snellen OR
- Field of vision less than 10 degrees
- Low Vision conditions with specific parameters
III. Hearing Impaired (HI) Category
- Deaf: 70 dB hearing loss in speech frequencies in both ears
- Hard of Hearing: 60-70 dB hearing loss in speech frequencies in both ears
IV. Intellectual Disability (ID) Category
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Specific Learning Disability (SLD)
- Mental Illness (MI)
- Multiple Disabilities
Note: Only persons with NOT LESS THAN 40% disability as per benchmark are eligible. Disability Certificate and Unique Disability ID (UDID) from Competent Authority is required.
I. Scrutiny of Eligibility Criteria
- All documents supporting eligibility criteria must be uploaded during registration
- Shortlisting will be based on documents uploaded at the time of registration
- Applications will be rejected if eligibility documents are incomplete
- No further request for documents will be entertained after registration

Penalty for Wrong Answers: 1/4 of marks assigned to the question will be deducted. No penalty for unanswered questions.
- Merit list prepared based on marks in Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and Professional Knowledge
- Candidates securing minimum marks and ranking high in merit will be called for interview
- Ratio: 1:3 per vacancy (Bank may increase this ratio)
- Tiebreaker: If equal marks, candidates are ranked by Date of Birth (senior candidate placed higher)

- Note down Provisional Registration Number and Password
- Use “SAVE AND NEXT” to verify details before final submission
- Upload photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration
- Fill other details and upload relevant experience certificates
- Preview application in “Preview Tab”
- Click “COMPLETE REGISTRATION” only after verification
- Proceed to Payment Tab for fee payment

Important Reminders:
- Create valid personal email ID and keep it active throughout the process
- Ensure exact name spelling as per certificates and identity proof

Documents Required at Interview
Candidates called for interview must bring original documents along with self-attested photocopies:
- Valid Interview Call Letter
- Valid system-generated printout of online application form
- Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate or SSLC Std. X Certificate)
- Photo Identity Proof (PAN, Passport, Driving License, Voter Card, Aadhaar, Employee ID, etc.)
- Mark sheets and certificates for educational qualifications
- Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC candidates) – issued on or after April 1, 2025 for OBC
- Income and Asset Certificate (for EWS candidates)
- Disability Certificate (for PWD candidates)
- Scribe Bio-data form (if used during exam)
- Service/Discharge book and pension payment order (for Ex-servicemen)
- No Objection Certificate (for government/PSU employees)
- Age relaxation certificate (if applicable)
- Certificate of eligibility (for specific nationality categories)
- Experience certificates as applicable
Note: Candidates not producing relevant eligibility documents will not be allowed to appear for interview and will be considered ineligible for further process.
Officers selected will be required to deposit security amount (refundable after 3 years of satisfactory service):

General Instructions and Important Notes
Candidates selected will be recruited in General Banking Stream (GBO) as per their application. Career progression will follow Bank’s extant Promotion Policy for participation in promotion to higher Grade Scales.
- Read advertisement and complete application form carefully
- Ensure fulfillment of all eligibility criteria before applying
- Duplicate applications will result in forfeiture of fee paid for extra registrations
- Candidates can apply for only ONE post
- No withdrawal of application or refund of fee permitted
- Bank reserves right to cancel recruitment process partly or entirely
- Canvassing in any form is disqualification
- No change of address or details permitted after application submission
- Signatures must be identical and consistent throughout the process
- Any disputed matter subject to jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai
Conduct and Examination Hall Rules
- Mobile phones, pagers, calculators NOT allowed in examination premises
- Any unruly behavior or misbehavior will result in candidature cancellation
- Biometric verification (thumb impression or IRIS) may be captured
- External matter (henna, ink, chemical) should not be applied on hands
- Report to exam venue 15 minutes before reporting time
- Items allowed: Transparent water bottle, pen, exam documents only
- Scribe candidates must also follow all guidelines
- Candidates must maintain social distance and follow venue instructions
- Submission of false or incorrect information
- Process violations at any stage
- Misconduct or use of unfair means in examination
- Non-production of required documents
- Failure to produce consistent photograph at various stages
- Scribe answering questions independently
- Multiple applications or appearances
- Inadequate identity verification
Persons with Disabilities – Special Provisions
Eligible candidates can use a scribe (arranged at their own cost):
- Scribe must be from different academic stream than the post
- Both candidate and scribe must give undertaking of eligibility
- Compensatory time: 20 minutes per hour of examination
- Scribe should NOT be a candidate for this recruitment
- Scribe should NOT serve multiple candidates
- Violation will result in candidature cancellation for both
Medical Requirement: Candidates using scribe must produce certificate from Government healthcare institution showing limitation to write.
