Educational Qualifications
To be eligible, candidates must have completed their degree from an AICTE/UGC-approved college or recognized university with Pass Class.
- Trainee Engineer-I: Must possess a full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering (4-year course) in relevant disciplines.
- Electronics: Includes Electronics & Communication, Telecommunication, and Instrumentation.

Selection Process: How to Join BEL
The selection is conducted exclusively through a Pre-registered Walk-in Selection process at the Ghaziabad Unit.
- Written Test: A 100-mark test will be held on January 11, 2026.
- Negative Marking: 0.25 (1/4) marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
- Weightage: 100% of the selection is based on the written test score.
