SBI Circle–wise Wealth Management Vacancies
Vacancies are distributed circle–wise for all three posts.

Candidates must select three different circles for the three posts; repeated choice of the same circle can be corrected at SBI’s discretion and no change of preference will be allowed later.
SBI VP Wealth (SRM) Eligibility 2025
Educational Qualification (as on 01.05.2025)
- Mandatory: Graduation from a Government recognised University/Institution.
- Preferred:
- MBA (Banking/Finance/Marketing) with 60% from recognised University/Institution.
- Professional certifications like NISM V-A, NISM XXI-A, CFP, CFA.
Experience Requirement
- Essential experience: Minimum 6 years in sales & marketing with leading Public/Private/Foreign Banks, Wealth Management Firms or AMCs.
- Preferred experience: At least 6 years as Relationship Manager or similar role in Wealth Management in reputed Banks/Wealth Firms/AMCs.
- Teaching & training experience is not counted for eligibility.

Educational Qualification
- Mandatory: Graduate from Government recognised University/Institution.

Experience Requirement
- Mandatory: 3 years in sales & marketing with Banks/Wealth Management Firms/AMCs OR SBI Wealth CREs with 4 years experience.

The SBI Wealth Management salary is offered as Annual CTC (Fixed + Variable Pay + Allowances) and is negotiable based on current package and place of posting.

SBI Wealth Management Job Profile – VP Wealth (SRM)
Major Roles
- Acquire, nurture and grow UHNI/HNI and Affluent clients to achieve Wealth business targets.
- Cross–sell investment, insurance and asset products to meet client financial planning needs and revenue goals.
- Increase Total Relationship Value (TRV), Assets Under Management (AUM) and Investment AUM, and Products per Client.
Key Responsibilities
- Client acquisition & deepening:
- Manage Affluent/UHNI/HNI client portfolio of the branch.
- Grow CASA, Investment AUM and other asset classes; cross–sell mortgages, credit cards and ensure channel migration.
- Acquire more clients from the same household and ensure high–touch service.
- Wealth Management & Compliance:

Major Roles
- Manage and grow HNI and Affluent client relationships for Wealth Management business.
- Sell investment and insurance products aligned to client financial goals while growing TRV and AUM.
Key Responsibilities
- Client management: Handle Affluent/HNI clients of the branch, grow CASA, cross–sell mortgages, credit cards, and acquire more clients from the same household.
- Wealth advisory: Perform needs analysis, risk profiling, periodic portfolio review and sell investments, life & general insurance, SIPs.
- Compliance & documentation: Ensure NISM/AMFI/IRDA certifications, same–day instruction execution, full documentation and that all clients maintain CASA accounts for investment routing.
SBI Customer Relationship Executive Job Profile
Role Summary
- On–ground support to Relationship Managers & Service Managers for SBI Wealth clients.
- Acts as key resource for doorstep banking, documentation and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver documents from/ to Wealth clients and related bank departments.
- Assist in onboarding documentation and support Wealth team in all documentation–linked service requests.
- Provide doorstep banking services to Wealth clients as required.
Note: KRAs will be assigned at joining; roles mentioned are illustrative and may change as per bank needs.
Reservation, Age Relaxation & PwBD Guidelines
- Reservation is as per Government of India rules for SC, ST, OBC (NCL), EWS, PwBD.
- Maximum age mentioned is for UR; relaxation for reserved categories as per GOI norms.
- EWS vacancies are tentative and subject to GOI directives and litigation outcome; EWS candidates must produce valid Income & Asset Certificate for FY 2024–25.
- PwBD reservation is horizontal within parent category and limited to benchmark disabilities (≥40%) identified as suitable for the posts.
- OBC candidates must produce Non–Creamy Layer certificate issued between 01.04.2025 and interview date in prescribed format.
SBI Wealth Management Selection Process 2025
Shortlisting
- Meeting minimum qualification and experience does not guarantee interview call.
- A shortlisting committee will fix parameters; adequate number of candidates will be called for interview.
Interview & Merit List
- Interview carries 100 marks; qualifying marks decided by SBI.
- Final merit list will be prepared only on interview scores; if multiple candidates score same cut–off marks, older candidate will be ranked higher.
CTC Negotiation
- CTC negotiation will be done individually during or after the interview process.
SBI Wealth Management Contract, Leave & Transfer Policy
- Contract period: 5 years, extendable by up to 4 years at SBI’s discretion.
- Leave: 30 days leave per financial year for genuine reasons, as approved by the Bank.
- Notice period: Contract terminable with 2 months’ notice or 2 months’ compensation from either side.
- Transfer policy: Officer Engaged on Contract (OEC) may be transferred anywhere in India, including subsidiaries/associates; requests for specific location may not be entertained.
